Trevor Mann

Lead Pastor

Pastor Trevor Mann is a fifth-generation Conch with a deep love for the people and community of the Florida Keys. He has served in ministry since 2002 in roles including youth pastor, worship pastor, assistant pastor, and, since 2019, Lead Pastor of Island Community Church.
Trevor earned his degree in Biblical Studies from Liberty University and started attending Island Community Church at two years old. He sees it as both an honor and a privilege to now lead the church that helped shape his faith.
Trevor and his wife, Nicki, have been married since 1996 and have faithfully served in ministry together for many years. Nicki currently serves as the Director of Children’s and Women’s Ministries at ICC. They have two daughters. Their oldest, Lacie, married her husband, Danny, in 2022, and their youngest, Isla, is in middle school.
Trevor has been grateful to lead ICC through an exciting season of growth, including the move into the church’s new sanctuary in 2025, bringing all church ministries and operations together on one campus. Since then, they have witnessed the Lord move in incredible ways as the church family continues to grow.
When he is not at church, Trevor enjoys spending time with his family, being out on the boat, or relaxing with a good cup of coffee.

Ethan Swinehart

Assistant Pastor and Worship Pastor

Ethan serves as the Assistant Pastor and Worship Pastor at ICC. He first joined the church staff in 2019 as the Youth and Worship Pastor but returned to his home state of Indiana with Joy, where they started their family. Since then, they’ve welcomed two energetic boys, Oliver and Charlie, who keep their days full of parks, adventures, and bedtime battles.
Ethan holds a degree in Biblical Studies and Christian Ministries from Bethel College, where he and Joy first met. After nearly a decade in youth ministry, he now steps into his new role with a passion for serving the church and building community.
When they’re not chasing their boys, Ethan and Joy can be found playing pickleball or volleyball, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying a good cup of coffee. They have always welcomed people into their lives with open arms and are excited for this new chapter with ICC, raising their children  and doing ministry in a community they’ve grown to love deeply.

Brandon Grubbs

Youth Pastor

Brandon serves as the Youth Pastor at Island Community Church, where he leads FUEL Student Ministries. He is passionate about helping students know, love, and follow Jesus and His Word every day for the rest of their lives. 
Before coming to ICC, Brandon served as a Youth Pastor in Indianapolis and has spent many years investing in students and families through teaching, coaching, mission trips, leadership development, and relational ministry. He believes student ministry should be biblical, fun, welcoming, and centered on helping the next generation follow Jesus for a lifetime.
Brandon and his wife, Rebekah, have four kids: Makenna, Bradley, Willow, and Russton. As a family, they are excited to call the Keys home and be part of the Island CC family. In his free time, Brandon enjoys boating, football, exploring new places, and most importantly time with his family.
