Trevor Mann

Senior Pastor

Pastor Trevor is a fifth-generation conch, making him passionate about the people and waters of the Florida Keys. Trevor has been serving in ministry since 2002. He has served as a youth pastor, worship pastor, assistant pastor, and now lead pastor.
He obtained his degree in biblical studies from Liberty University. Pastor Trevor began attending ICC at the age of two. He is honored and humbled by the opportunity to serve the church in which he was raised. Trevor married his lovely wife, Nicki Mann, in 1996. The couple shares two daughters, Lacie and Isla. In his free time, you may find Pastor Trevor spending time with his family, out on the the boat or enjoying a cup of coffee.

Ethan Swinehart

Assistant Pastor and Worship Pastor

Ethan serves as the Assistant Pastor and Worship Pastor at ICC. He first joined the church staff in 2019 as the Youth and Worship Pastor but returned to his home state of Indiana with Joy, where they started their family. Since then, they’ve welcomed two energetic boys, Oliver and Charlie, who keep their days full of parks, adventures, and bedtime battles.
Ethan holds a degree in Biblical Studies and Christian Ministries from Bethel College, where he and Joy first met. After nearly a decade in youth ministry, he now steps into his new role with a passion for serving the church and building community.
When they’re not chasing their boys, Ethan and Joy can be found playing pickleball or volleyball, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying a good cup of coffee. They have always welcomed people into their lives with open arms and are excited for this new chapter with ICC, raising their children  and doing ministry in a community they’ve grown to love deeply.
