Membership

At a church, the difference between “attenders” and “members” can be summed up by one word:

Commitment

Membership is a commitment to building and serving in a local church.

Members have affirmed their alignment with the ICC Statement of Faith and participate within the church community.

This is a model based on practices we find in the Bible. In addition to encouraging spiritual growth, membership also tells church leadership who can be counted upon.
